WARRANTY: “CAMC” undertakes at its option and reasonable discretion to rectify or replace free of charge any such parts as may be materially impaired or rendered unserviceable for faulty design, inferior or poor workmanship within 12 months from the date of delivery or 64000 kms, whichever is earlier provided that the tipper truck is operated in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Instructions. Customer shall notify in writing about such a defect immediately upon discovery. Any parts removed for replacement shall become the property of CAMC. No guarantee shall be assumed against defects resulting from the following: Rubber parts, end hose, wear parts, electronic components if any, and consumables are not covered. Importer or inexpert use, faulty erection or start-up by customer or third person, natural wear and tear, importer or negligent handling, excessive loading, extreme atmospheric conditions, chemical, electro-chemical, electrical and other natural influences unless these are due to a fault which CAMC have assumed responsibility in writing.
